Article 9 business operators are encouraged to adopt advanced science and technology, promote scientific quality management methods, and improve the quality of jewelry. Units and individuals with advanced product quality management and operators with stable improvement of product quality and high-quality service shall be commended by the technical supervision department in a circular, and those with remarkable achievements shall be rewarded. Article 10 consumers have the right to inquire about the quality of the jewelry they buy from the business operators and appeal to the technical supervision department and relevant departments. The technical supervision department and relevant departments shall be responsible for handling the matter. Article 14 the supervision and inspection personnel and management personnel of the technical supervision department who abuse their power, engage in malpractices for personal gain, accept bribes and forge inspection conclusions shall be given administrative sanctions. If the circumstances are serious, they shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
